Customer acknowledges that the Services automatically renew upon expiration of the term of Service (annual or monthly as applicable) unless Customer provides cancellation notice to MyAriTel at least three (3) Business Days prior to a scheduled billing date (in accordance with the terms of this Section 9). For monthly terms, if Customer provides notice of cancellation at least three (3) Business Days prior to the next scheduled billing date, then Customer shall not be billed for the next billing cycle. For annual terms, if Customer provides notice of cancellation at least three (3) Business Days prior to the last scheduled billing date in the term, then Customer shall not be billed for the next annual term. If Customer provides notice of cancellation less than three (3) Business Days prior to the applicable scheduled billing date as described above, then the Services will renew and be billed for the applicable renewal term (annual or monthly) and cancellation will be effective at the end of the renewal term. Expiration or termination of this Agreement does not alleviate Customer of responsibility for paying all unpaid, accrued charges due hereunder.
The Agreement may be cancelled by Customer only through an Administrator by contacting Customer Care via online ticket, or telephone during normal business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm EST). If Customer contacts an Authorized Distributor to cancel the Services or any portion thereof, that Authorized Distributor will collect the pertinent information and provide the information to MyAriTel to effect cancellation in accordance with Customer’s instructions. CUSTOMER MAY CANCEL SERVICES ONLY THROUGH ONE OF THESE METHODS. MyAriTel WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION VIA FAX, SMS, SOCIAL MEDIA OR OTHER METHODS. FAILURE TO CANCEL SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION WILL RESULT IN ONGOING SERVICE CHARGES, FEES AND TAXES. MyAriTel will provide Customer with email confirmation of both Customer’s request to cancel the Services and the actual Service cancellation. If Customer does not receive a confirmation of Customer’s request to cancel or if Customer does not receive a confirmation of Service cancellation, Customer must notify MyAriTel by contacting Customer Care by telephone. Customer may also cancel individual Services on Customer’s account at any time by contacting Customer Care during normal business hours. Customer understands and acknowledges that the cancellation will be effective on the date Customer specifies, but in no event earlier than seventy-two (72) hours following cancellation notification to MyAriTel .
